Subsequently, Techsource has enjoyed tremendous growth almost completely through referrals.

Techsource Dental is owned and operated by Bob and Debra Williams. Bob Williams, CDT, also owns Synergy Ceramics, a “boutique” one-man laboratory. Following his studies at the University of Oklahoma, Bob entered the dental technology field in Dallas, Texas. Bob has 15 years experience as a dental lab technician and lab owner. Bob specializes in high-quality, all-ceramic restorations from a single central to a full mouth rehab. He travels internationally teaching hands-on ceramics courses and lecturing on various topics in the dental technology arena.
Synergy Ceramics is a Vita Master Lab, an honor bestowed on only 10 labs in the United States. Bob is an advocate for Vident and 3M ESPE, and is a senior member of Claude Sieber’s Art & Experience®.
Debra has a BBA and is currently pursuing her MBA at Southern Methodist University. She manages sales and operations for both laboratories and enjoys the personal interaction with clients while overseeing all aspects of customer service.
