3M ESPE DVS Digital Veneering System

The new Lava™ Digital Veneering System begins with the full-contour design from the top down. The glass ceramic porcelain top and the zirconia coping substructure are milled, and the final restoration is created by simply fusing the materials with Lava DVS Fusion Porcelain. The polychromatic restoration is obtained by a coping with seven different shades, ten different shades of fusion dentin, and four different values of enamel tops.  The shade possibilities are endless.  Therefore, color is internalized and thus adjustments to the restoration will not result in loss of color.

For tooth preparation, a minimum of 1 mm occlusal clearance is required; 1.5+ mm is preferred for optimal esthetics.  Chamfer margins are required for all-ceramic restorations.   See attached preparation guide for more detail.

Ivoclar Vivadent IPS e.max

IPS e.max restorations feature excellent strength and esthetics. Techsource Dental waxes the full-contour crown, then presses the lithium disilicate ingots for a stronger-than-milled and more esthetic e.max monolithic restoration.

IPS e.max is only available for single-tooth restorations.

Atlantis Patient-Specific Abutments

Looking for the best solution for cement-retained implant prosthetics? Atlantis is the answer. Utilizing the unique Atlantis VAD software, the CAD/CAM patient-specific abutments are individually designed from the final tooth shape. No abutment is fabricated until it is reviewed, adjusted and approved by Techsource Dental. Full-contour (monolithic) zirconia restorations

Techsource full-contour solid zirconia is a monolithic zirconia crown. It is a stronger and more esthetic alternative to metal occlusal PFMs and cast gold restorations. Full-contour zirconia restorations are an ideal solution for bruxers who have destroyed their natural teeth or existing dental restorations.
